We stayed at ACOYA RESIDENCES for 2 nights. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants. Externally it is very attractive, with spaces to sit and relax outside while saying hello with the hotel’s dog and cats. Our room was large, hover the bathroom was small. It felt as though the hotel was mid way through an upgrade as there was evidence of the previous decor, and amenities such as glassware were limited. The walls between the rooms were very thin. We could hear our neighbours at night as though they were in the room with us. We had 3 balconies which were great to enjoy a wine in the evening. Breakfast was amazing, freshly prepared with locally grown and sourced produce. The manager was very friendly and helpful, offering plenty of recommendations for activities and dining. We found one of the receptionists to be reluctant to help us when we needed to book a taxi which was a shame, however, the manager stepped in to help us out, which was great. Overall, it was a comfortable and nice place to stay while relaxing in Aliki

Eleni at the front desk was so helpful after realizing I had left my passport behind. She helped translate to someone who helped transport my passport to me. She was calming and wonderful.
