"I booked and paid for two rooms through Hotels.com, but when I arrived, I was only given one. Even though I showed my confirmation for two rooms, the hotel refused to fix the mistake. I ended up paying double for what I actually received. ​On top of that, the hotel is in terrible condition. It is poorly maintained and clearly not looked after.
