"This apartment is in an ideal location very close to the cathedral as well as the main shopping street. Also, because it is a bit tucked away, it is very quiet at night. The host communicated with us quickly and clearly, and even notified us ahead of time when a special religious festival was rescheduled to take place during our stay. There is a charming courtyard and clean, new furnishings. The cave-like interior has interesting exposed brick. A great place to stay in Orvieto!"

"This is a very nice apartment in a great location with many great restaurants, bars, ice-cream places within a minute walk. It's large, light, clean and has a well-appointed kitchen. Bathrooms were also modern and clean. The host is very friendly, and left us alone while we were there. We would certainly like to stay here again next time."

"Our stay at Casamaggiore was perfect. The property was traditionally and simply styled, well supplied and met all our needs. The facilities were as advertised and we delighted in using the pool and tennis courts. The property is perfectly situated for day trips to explore the region. "Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. "Our party of 4 adults stayed a week on our first trip to Umbria. Todi was the perfect location. The property is in a delightful and peaceful location, set in really nice gardens and spacious pool with recliners and decking. 10 minute walk to the entrance to the the historic part of Todi and another 10 minute to reach the main piazza. "Die Unterkunft ist nur 200m vom Strand entfernt und verfügt wirklich über eine umfangreiche tolle Ausstattung und die Küchenutensilien sind, wie in vielen anderen Unterkünften, nicht abgezählt. Zudem gibt es unzählige Decken, damit man sich auch Pfingsten auf die Hochterasse setzen kann, wenn es etwas kühler ist. Zwei Liegestühle und zwei Liegen, von denen eine allerdings defekt ist und ein großer Sonnenschirm vervollständigen das Exterieur. Einzig haben wir uns für die etwas minderwertige 160er...

Easy access to Perugia’s old town & other towns in Umbria including Assisi. Valentina was quick to respond to any question or request and made us feel very welcome & comfortable. "Vrbo makes the rental process super easy. Luigi provided excellent communication and care. He met us in Gioiella, a small town near the house, to take us the rest of the way so we would not get lost, and had even offered to pick up our friends at the Castiglione del Lagos train station. Do be aware that the second bedroom is very small with a set of bunk beds, of which the top is not suitable for an adult. There is a full out sofa as well with a full sized bed. The two bathrooms were wonderful...
