Absolutely Stunning! The grounds and rooms are first class! The staff is friendly and helpful in all aspects during the stay. Peaceful and serene is an understatement. Food and breakfast at the resort is top notch. Other dining options near the resort are amazing. Al Baciamano and Seven Cafe are great stops. Close enough to Tuscany day trips. Will definitely stay again and share with friends looking for a relaxing first class stay and amenities.

We had a lovely time at FonteLiving. My 85 year old mother was very impressed and happy with the super clean room, kitchen and bathroom facilities provided. The view from our spacious balcony was stunning and gave us the perfect reason to stay as much as possible at the property. We enjoyed sipping the Tuscan wine from our balcony. A beautiful hotel, amazing pool (the top one) for lazying about for a day. Restaurant was only ok, same for the food by the pool.

Excellent property. The resort is located on what appears to be a farm or in a farm area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved nearly everything. The room was excellent, only complaint was the bed/pillows were a bit hard for our tastes. If you like a firm mattress it will be good. We did not eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner so we cannot comment on the quality of the food. Breakfast was typical and high quality. The spa was nice as well. This was our absolute best stay in the three weeks we were in Europe! The staff was amazing, the food outstanding and the location — I can’t even begin to describe. If I could give it a higher rating I would!

Nicolas and all other staff members were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome the moment we set foot on the property. The whole time we were able to talk to them via Whatsapp and they always kept us informed!

A wonderful greeting by the employees and owner at an upscale hotel at the top of Montepulciano .......reserve parking in front for free............We lucked out with a "blues" band playing the night of our arrival at the wine bar below............ a great stop in a great town!!!

We were the only guests for 2 nights out of 3, at this lovely B&B on the estate of one of the best wineries in Tuscany. We had sumptuous room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom (nice shower!) all to ourselves. This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time. We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem!
