"If you want a quaint, authentic Costa Rican stay, this place is for you. I feel the poor reviews come from people expecting a luxury resott despite paying less than half the price. The rooms were clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and we saw so many different animals right at thr hotel. We saw scarlet macaws, squirrel monkeys, agouti, and iguanas daily, some up close. Howler monkeys visited on 2 of our 8 days. It was a perfect experience."

Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by Lettika who gave us a tour of the B&B and introduced us to the onsite sloth lounging in the tree. She was always available for any questions. Our room was gorgeous and very clean with a beautiful screened patio. We were able to walk to the beach within 3 min and ran across a group of Macaws munching on almonds in a tree along with monkeys.
