"Room was clean and spacious, ADA request was granted. Loved our balcony. I recommend updating the AC unit. It is very loud, I had to wear ear plugs and can still hear the AC. The staff was friendly. I had trouble contacting a taxi to return to the ferry and asked the staff to contact one for me. I loved that they are able to store your luggage. Great location."

"The rooms were absolutely acceptable, only a bit over-priced for quality of service, size of the rooms--especially. Since I had reserved rooms in February for September I tried multiple times to make contact and confirm my rooms by e-mail and telephone to no avail. No one answered the phone, except after multiple times, and no one answered my e-mails. The hotel is fine, definitely not superlative, and expensive."
