"This is an older building by the ocean, so it may not be the fanciest place. But it is well-maintained and clean. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and, perhaps most importantly, everyone had a great attitude. It is a dog friendly hotel and it shows. They have a nice grassy area with a faux fire hydrant and bags to make it easy to clean up after your dog. I will stay here again."

"Relaxing from check in process to check out. Staff were friendly, rooms were very well maintained and CLEAN! View from our corner King room was one of the BEST we have stayed in. Only hiccup was smoking on the balcony from another room blowing into our room when our door was open. ( We understand the hotel can not stop all guest bad behaviors.) DEFINITELY will stay again!"

"Nice location. Has an outdoor bar. Hair drier did not work but only stayed 1 night. Perhaps they would have corrected it.Iron worked fine. Furniture is outdated but ok of you don’t want luxury. Lo ed the bed and pillows."

"Huge busy hotel, well maintained. Booked oceanfront room with jetted tub, and it was amazing. Located right on the boardwalk, super convenient. Parking is $10/night across the street."

"My family and I’s stay was memorable! We absolutely loved the location — if you are all about the location this is the place to be! Ease of parking (that you pay $20/night for) is questionable— first come scenario under the property itself, then one 1/2 street block length on-road parking strip is reserved for guests one block away from the property, and then your final choice seems to be about a mile away heading towards the bay. You don’t want to haul luggage from any of them so plan to unload prior to parking! Finally, cleanliness and state of the rooms.. this took a minute to adjust to. The few is great, the beds too along with their bedding, but the room itself smelled the minute that we opened the door. Initially the smell was almost of cigarette smoke (which I wasn’t getting blamed for!) but as the days went on I was more under the impression that it was more uncontrolled moisture. Next door to a beach I get it! Nobody was allowed to walk around barefoot in the room. Our bathroom felt like it hadn’t been cared for a bit — hair in the corner, outdated sink and vanity, signs of deterioration. There were also super questionable markings on one of the upper walls in the unit as well as on the ceiling. Overall, we made it through just fine, and quite honestly I would even go right back to the same room, but this time I may just bring my own cleaning supplies to start the stay off fresh!"
