"Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Viele alte Möbel wo überall kaputte Dinge drin waren, das Untergeschoss nur eine Rumpelkammer......

Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung wäre schön, da man sich schon sicher sein möchte, wenn man die steile Auffahrt hoch fährt, dass man dort richtig ist. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber sauber, allerdings wären ein paar neue Stühle für innen und außen angebracht, da sie entweder fast auseinander brechen, oder verrostet sind. "This property is in the middle of a huge olive tree grove. It was so peaceful. The property was very clean and had everything you could need. The host provided extras such as soap, wash clothes and olive oil (the things you wouldn’t think to pack and are pleased not to need to buy). We stayed there with our two children aged 13 and 10 and they loved it. The pool is fantastic and the seating areas outside. "Location: The house is located outside Castellamare and you will need a car to reach the beaches (which are spectacular, especially Riserva dello Zingaro, 15 mins by car) There are stores and cafe 2-3 mins driving and the center is only 5 mins driving.
