Lovely lounge/bar/conservatory area. We enjoyed our dinner in the hotels restaurant and staff were friendly.

"Charming old hotel with modern amenities. We were upgraded to the Victorian Suite which was a large room with vanity area and sitting area. The front desk was very accommodating and they answered all my texts prior to arrival. "
"The rooms and dining area of the hotel and breakfast were wonderful . Maureen was a lovely host . My husband left his phone there and they immediately called the cab co and we got it back ! . Only not so great is the entire facade was under reconstruction- that’s great they take care of an old building but a bit daunting when you drive up .
I would not let this affect your decision to stay here . It’s lovely"

Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond!
The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). The wellness facilities were top-notch too - the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made for a relaxing and refreshing...

"Where to start? What's not to like here. A stunning loch-side location; beautiful and well-appointed room overlooking the loch, Nespresso facilities, great shower-room. The breakfasts were excellent. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and could not fault a thing. The choice, presentation and taste of the food were all superb. We had a minor issue in our room but the staff were onto it and it was fixed in no time. I couldn't recommend this place more."
