He/she did not want to give me access to the hotel because hotels.com had not collected 100% of the fee at the time of reservation, but this person was not offering a way to for me to pay. "Me quedé casi una semana entera, la cual pagué su totalidad dos meses antes! El primer día que ingresé se me cae encima la mampara del baño, estaba mal colocada y ya era la segunda vez que les sucedía! No pude hablar con ninguna persona a cargo, NO tenían botiquín de emergencia ni cobertura médica. Únicamente recibí disculpas por el mal momento, ni hablar de las lastimaduras en el cuerpo, no me reembolsaron nada ni siquiera tuvieron una amabilidad por lo sucedido. Son amables pero NO SON...
