"MISLEADING PHOTOS!! We booked based on good reviews & management photos showing a garden & outdoor seating areas. Imagine our surprise to find this to be misleading compared to reality! At check-in, we were bombarded with cigarette smoke. The very old lady wasn't pleasant & spoke only Italian. Our room was the first from the lobby. "The hype on this place is mainly because of the beautyness of the villa, the park and maybe the friendlyness the front desk and waitresses. Your rooms will be in the new annex with excellent beds (matress). Bathrooms are in really worn condition. AC seems to be from 1990 (has problems to make cold if outside is 40°C and mould!!)
