"A wonderful, clean hotel, with great AC, and very helpful staff! The location is excellent for train and bus travel, and our room was even nicer than I expected! Our only challenge was that the shower was set up such that you couldn't help but get water all over the bathroom floor each time someone used it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!"
"The price you pay for a 4.5 star hotel and you get a closet for a room a literally a closet and had to change room which they did. But the room that was given had an upsale with a total amount for the a 5 star hotel in Venice. The rooms do not look like the pictures they’re much different. Overall it is not worth the money at all. And really it just made Venice experience way too expensive and not good enough. "
