Stephanie at the reception made our arrival super warm and welcoming. No question was a bother to anyone on their team throughout the stay. Breakfast was excellent!! They did not automatically clean the room but by request (just put “clean my room” sign on the door). Hope to be back one day and will recommend this place to all friends who are going to Munich. "

"Room was excellent, and location good for public transport and shopping. Kitchen could do with better crockery and some additional cookware. We had to request a saucepan, and were eventually supplied one half the size of what was needed. Really small main plates. No cloth to wipe down benches, so had to use the small was sponge. Got the impression they dont really expect self catering to any degree."
