All staff from those who cleaned the rooms, to the reception, the doorman and staff at the restaurant went out of the way to assist (helping to resolve a parking problem, storing our luggage, finding a suitable table for our party of 5, delaying the cleaning of our rooms at our request). Check in and check out took a matter of a few minutes. The location allowed us to move around Ipoh easily without having to use a car or cab. The swimming pool was clean and welcoming."
