Enjoy a dip in the heated saltwater pool & spa, unwind in the sauna or yoga studio, or rustle up some fun with pickleball, basketball, poker, darts, life size chess, and more. UNREGISTERED GUESTS AND EVENTS POLICY:

NOISE POLICY:
- 9:30PM to 7AM quiet hours. No outside amplified music during this time. 65dBA noise level strictly enforced.

- Pool heat additional fee:
Summer $399 flat fee (May through September)
Winter $799 flat fee (October through April)

All you need

This house has everything you need with a great backyard. Pool is nice and heated. Jacuzzi, sauna, pickleball court and fire pit. Big and roomy kitchen. Had a great time with friends over the long weekend. Will be back.
