Linens damaged or stained will be taken out of deposit. 60$ for sheets. 10$ for Towels/wash cloths/hand towels.
Smoking is allowed outside only. All Cigarettes/Misc. must be picked up. 5$ per cigarette/Misc. refuse that is not disposed if properly.
