Vineyard Guest House, Fabulous Views and Covered Parking

Enjoy a beautiful view of the estate vineyard and Paso's famous rolling hills from the covered balcony where you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine.

The retreat is totally private and disconnected from the winemaker's home. This well appointed suite is large as well as comfortable (15'X18') with a flat screen TV and surround sound, so bring your favorite DVD(s).

The unit was designed to be a romantic, cozy and spa like retreat. Great care was taken to provide an eco-friendly oasis. The bath accommodations boast a two person shower with pebble tiles and bamboo mat. The bathroom is bright and cheery with natural light and fully supplied with hair & body products, hair dryer, and bamboo linens.

The unit also offers a refreshment area that includes: a coffee maker, fresh ground local coffee, filtered water, estate wine, wine glasses, microwave, and refrigerator.

Also included is a large walk-in closet with iron and ironing board. Closet can also be used to store your wine case purchases or stow away luggage, golf clubs or additional belongings.

In the morning or after a day of wine tasting or local activities, feel free to walk thru the estate vineyard with a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine to relax and rejuvenate.
Designated driver/tour guide available upon request.

Loved the location, close to town and on a private road. Drank wine, sat on the balcony and watched the sun set. Steve was great and very accessible if needed. Enjoyed getting to know him. His wine is pretty good too!! Definitely plan to stay here again.

The room and furnishings are top notch, with lots of extra touches provided by our host, e.g., coffee creamer, water bottles and even a bottle of his personally crafted Zinfandel. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the fields. The host made sure this was a 5-star experience, we highly recommend the Vineyard Guest House.

The Vineyard Guesthouse was exactly as described. The location is beautiful with great views of the valley. Easy access off of the freeway but none of the freeway noise. The unit was very cozy and comfortable. The owner made us feel welcome and provided great suggestions for dinner and places to visit. Overall a great time for our first visit to Paso

The location is very convenient to the area - particularly the wineries south and west of town. Steve was very welcoming and was happy to show us around his small farm, orchard and winery.

We loved staying at Steve's! The room is tastefully decorated, beautifully crafted and quiet. The location, although it feels remote, is very close to shopping and downtown for easy access to all the fun. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful host and property. A private guest house above the garage. Owner has his own vineyard on property. A beautiful location that is west facing for California sunsets. Conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood nearby all types of exploration opportunities.

This place was a nice, quiet, with a very peaceful atmosphere and a very friedly host. Clean and every detail covered! Coffee maker with coffee and creamer, sodas, beer and water in the fridge upon arrival. Furnishings were very tastefully done and very comfortable. We would most definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Paso Robles area.

My husband and I arrived late at night and had no problem checking in. The guest house was exactly as pictured and the residential estate wine and tour was an unexpected surprise. Highly recommend!

10/10

We loved our stay at Steve's apartment. We spent a lot of time on the front porch where the views were magical - especially sunset. The place was clean and comfortable, well stocked, and Steve even invited us to watch his wine bottling process one morning. This was our first visit to Paso, but won't be our last.

What a hidden gem on a small vineyard! The property is immaculate and Steve is a wonderful host. This was our second stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again the next time we are in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in Paso Robles. Host was quickly responsive but had everything covered anyway. Location is convenient to town and wineries. If a second floor one room suite fits your needs as it did ours, you will be happy with this one. Host makes a nice peppery Zinfandel from the grapes on the property too.

Excellent location, 5 mins from town center & great restaurant choices. Cozy room with lovely decor, nicely equipped with coffee, mini fridge stocked with beverages, small microwave & utensils, great balcony for morning coffee, private entrance. Very friendly host who left us to ourselves. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Steve’s property for 2 nights for our first visit to Paso and we had a great time. Steve had great communication, great attitude and just a very nice man. He helped give great recommendations for our anniversary dinner as well as many wineries to try on our visit. He was very helpful and even shipped forgotten items same day to my home with no questions asked. His property was a Perfect one bedroom stay for 2, quiet but with a great view. This property is first on my list for my next visit to Paso, Steve was a great host.

Unfortunately my husband and I had to cancel our trip and stay at the guest house. Steve was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very understanding and sent our deposit back to us! Can't wait until we get a chance to stay at the guest house and meet Steve!

We absolutely loved our stay at Via Paloma! Steve is a great host and his guest house was exactly what we were looking for during our 3 day stay in Paso Robles. From the minute we arrived Steve made us feel right at home and even presented us with a bottle of his exclusive wine, which was outstanding! The location is perfect for going in to town for dinner and for venturing out to the visit the 300+ wineries in the area. We highly recommend Via Paloma and will suggest it to all of our friends planning a visit Paso!

Within 5 minutes of the phenomenal downtown district with shopping and restaurants, but situated in a lovely country setting, this studio guest house fit our desires perfectly. Solidly built and well maintained, it offered privacy and comfort, with one of the best beds we have ever slept in. Steve was a friendly and gracious host, and we learned more about making wine from the tour of his vineyard than we did from countless other winery visits. A welcoming experience.

My husband and I were in the area as he was racing at Wildflower. Steve was very accommodating and the place was exactly as described. A very comfortable bed, lovely room, great bathroom and shower, and the hot tub was extremely welcome after a long race. Steve even gave us a bottle of his wine and told us to drink it around Thanksgiving, and it will be aged perfectly! Can't wait to try it! We would definitely stay here again!

10/10

Steve is the ultimate host. Greets you upon arrival and provides a short tour of his property, including his wine making room! Everything you need in a cozy room and nice sized bathroom. You can't walk to town but it's nice to be a bit away from it all and it's only a short drive to town, to a nearby shopping area for groceries, etc and wineries. Great value and comfortable stay. Thanks Steve!
