The PENTHOUSE apartment is a jewel of Villa Dony. It is positioned on the tower of the villa and from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake. It is very elegant with a rare inlaid parquet floor, and is 150sqm large. and has many options including laundry room. A large reserved and free parking is available. The splendid swimming pool inserted between plants and flowers as well as an incomparable view of the lake makes it a place of great charm. A beautiful garden complete with barbeque is available for private use.

Fantastisk sted

Villa Dony er et rigtigt hyggeligt sted, med en fantastisk udsigt over Trasimeno Søen. Lejligheden er god stor, med en stor terrasse. Godt køkken med gas komfur, køleskab og fryser. Dejlig stor Pool på ca. 15 m længde Aircondition i begge sove værelser. Der er et lille vaskerum med vaskemaskine. Der er Wi-Fi God modtagelse ved ankomst og ved afrejse. Nærmeste by er Passignano, ca. 5 km, hvor der er 4 supermarkeder og masser af restauranter. Hele området er fyldt med gode restauranter. Er man til cykelferie er området fantastisk. Fik selv cyklet en tur rundt om søen. Ca. 60 km Al ti alt en god oplevelse

Fijne plek

Fraai appartement met prachtig uitzicht over het trasimeno meer. Top zwembad. Helaas heb je op je terras wel last van het geluid van de snelweg die beneden langs loopt.
