"We loved the apartment and amenities. The neighbors were friendly as well and my kids enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids! The home was quiet and clean. Easy 10 minute walk to bus stop. Giulia was very responsive to any needs and sent help if we needed it! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend her place!"

"Location was a bit further from city center than we thought but had grocery store nearby which was nice. Bathroom was very small and toilet needed servicing since needed much priming to flush and also tended to run after flushing. Need more towels for a week stay. Overall good value for price and answered many questions prior to visit and liked that they set up private transport to and from airport."

"Overall, a very nice place to stay. The rooftop is a very nicr ammenity. The place was clean and had what we needed for a 3night stay. It was located near grocery stores, a pharmacy, and lots of restaurants. It was a very short walk to the main rome train station. We arrived very late in the night and the outside door was locked. We had to ring and wake a resident in another apartment to buzz us in. So, try and arrive earlier in the day if possible."

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood away from tourists, yet, there are restaurants, coffee shop(s), mini market within comfortable walking distance. "The apartment was amazing, very large, well equipped, very clean and really comfortable. Pietro was excellent in his hand over and nothing was too much for trouble for him. The location was ideal, with a lovely view onto the Piazza from both balconies. Access to buses into central Rome is only a very short walk away and there is a taxi rank on the Piazza. "Second time staying with this host. New apartment in Parioli neighborhood adjacent to Villa Borghese. The apartment is fantastic with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The bathroom is huge and luxurious. Large screen Smart TV. Rocket fast WiFi. 10 min walk to 5 different grocery stores. Communication with host is easy. Hal has an incredible attention to detail that makes your stay really special. I plan to stay here every time I’m in Rome."
