"The service by staff at this hotel was exceptionally good. There was a woman at the front desk who gave me advice on where to go and how to get there each morning. Housekeeping did a great job. My room was nicely laid out with wood paneling and artwork. The bathroom is very clean and the shower worked perfectly. There is a grocery store just a block away and many options for laundry in the immediate vicinity. The area seems quite safe yet it's not far from the train station. This is truly a good option if you're thinking spending any time in Rome."
