"Good and comfortable stay with family. The location is amazing being very close to the main station. Also there are plenty of places to eat outside. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The only discomfort felt was that the room was a bit warm. The refrigerator temperature was also a bit high and did not help much to store the food items kept in it. "

"El apartamento espacioso, buena ubicación y con decoración rústica. Lo malo es que no cuenta con ascensor, el área común donde se podía utilizar la lavadora y secadora está en el sótano. Tuvimos como inconveniente que los huéspedes del apartamento 001 no fueron considerados y dejaron su ropa en la lavadora y luego en la secadora por varias horas luego de utilizarlas. Para cocinar teníamos que abrir las ventanas porque tiene un detector de humo justo arriba de la cocina. "

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
