"This hotel is very high end. The rooms are Morden luxurious and have all amenities that you could want. The in room dining service was very good as was the gym amd breakfast. The spa services were good but was an onsen so had to go in naked with separate facilities for men and woman. The massage was good and all services were very cheap compared to the UK. Was central and near good shopping services. Would highly recommend. Oh and the staff were very attentive."

"The room is spaced and clean except we spot a small roach crawling around. Stayed on 52nd floor, the view is excellent. The staffs are very polite and provided excellent services. We have free breakfast and there are a lot of food choices. The hotel ambiance is wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. Great spot to stay if you’re flying out and need a stop over. Only 40 minutes to the centre of Bangkok so we went in for the day before flying home the next day. "
