Great location.

Enjoyed my stay which was for 12 nights. Great location, without being to noisey. Value for money. Buffet breakfast included a wide range to select from. The only downside was that the bed was too hard.

The GU is part of the Gig hotel. The Gig is where the pool and breakfast is. The room in the GU was standard good size with a hard bed. Was cleaned and refilled daily. Do not bother getting breakfast there. The eggs are cooked and stacked up so cold all the time unless you get an omlette. Even the Asian buffet is cold. The fruit is good though. I’ve been to buffet in other Asian countries and they are better. Can’t fault the service of the staff though. Room was always clean and staff polite.

The mman at reception was rude an fighting with me for asking questions i have reported it to the manager then they gave us a room that was not cleaned an then we had to go bk down stairs to sort another room were the other member of staff had to deal with as the one was shouting an clearly swearing in his language i have video

Je recommande à personne cet hôtel il vous accompagne même pas votre chambre il voulait chercher pendant des heures tout seul bref j’ai passé un mauvais séjour j’ai même pas dormi là-bas j’ai dû laisser mes affaires là-bas c’est tout. J’ai pris une chambre pour prendre ma douche et laisser mes affaires avant en sécurité MDR

Hotel is in very central area. I would stay here again. They only downside is the shower has very weak water pressure and the window in the room has very little sunlight because it opens onto an alley way.

The only thing I like is the location of he property. Unfortunately all other services such as hotel reception, pool, gym, restaurant etc. are located across the road at the other hotel; i.e. The GIG Hotel. This should be properly communicated!

Kolmas kerta samassa hotellissa (välillä toki muuallakin) mutta katolla sijaitseva allas - ja saunaosasto ovat kyllä aika kivat ja saivat palaamaan GU/GIG - hotelliin uudelleen. Hotelli kaikenkaikkiaan siisti ja erinomaisella sijainnilla.

La caution demandée etais de 500 baths alors qu ils en demandent 1000 ..il faut se battre a l arrivée poir avoir la chambre qui était prévue ( chambre avec balcon et vue ) lors de la réservation . il disent qus cela doit être écrit en thail sur la reservation alors que sur le site expedia c est bien précisé ,sinon on ce retrouve avec une chambre qui donne sur la fenêtre de l immeuble d en face a environ deux mètres de distance, ,donc sans lumière extérieure et il n y a pas de double vitrage j etais au 1er etage avec l impression d etre au milieu de la rue qui est tres bruyante toute la nuit les motos sans pot d échappement et donc 20 nuits sans pouvoir dormir . Donc tres difficile d obtenir ce a quoi on a droit quant on ne parle pas du tout anglais comme moi .

Great location and average room with problems.

Hotel is in great location. Easy walking distance to Bangla Road and the beach. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Can hear any noise in the hallway and there was a lot. Shower had some mold/mildew in between some wall tiles. Air con control was not adjustable. Full blast cold or had to turn off when room was freezing. Ate at Gig Hotel buffet breakfast (across the street and part of same hotel complex where the front desk is located). Got sick and felt bad all day.

The hotel has two name GIG and GU Hotel, which is confusing. Essential things like toothbrush not provided. Very good thing was that the hotel near bangla road and patong beach. The hotel below have massage and surrounded by restaurant

Nära bargatorna, men ändå väldigt tyst. Frukost, pool och "gym" i annan närliggande byggnad. Bra frukost, utmärkt pool med många solstolar, bra solläge, restaurang/bar vid poolen på taket som serverade god mat. Dåligt gym, ej välutrustat. Några konditionmaskiner och bröstmaskiner. Bra med hantlar. I stort sett ingen AC på gymmet. Skulle dock hellre ta detta gymmet än inget alls. Rummen var bra, inget lyx, men helt och rent.

Great hotel, it’s owned and operated by GIG hotel, just opposite the GIG hotel. Great Staff , attend to your needs promptly. Sauna, Swimming pool and decent gym. 2 mins walk to Bangla, but quite inside. Overall will stay here again. I even used their swimming pool and sauna services after checking out. Also checked me in early with no extra cost in the peak season.

Hotel juste à côté de la rue principal et animée,mais sans soucis la nuit pour le bruit . Tout est proches de l’hotel “ location scooter, motos , laverie, magasin de nuit etc…” et le personnel est très serviable et à l’écoute de vos demandes. À conseiller à tous pour 1 séjour court ou long .
