Great stay of 10 nights, great location and very reasonable price. The hotel is old but rooms are renovated and everything is so close to the hotel. Far enough from bungla road so at night you can have a good sleep with no noise.

Room was quiet spacious and clean. A bit outdated looking but overall a very good stay here. Whenever in Phuket will stay here again considering the price was very good for a short stop in Phuket.

We loved the hotel so much. We stayed here for 6 weeks. It's clean, quiet, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. It's so close to Otop and there's massive amounts of restaurants nearby. The hotel has it's own motorbike rental service which makes it really easy to get around in Phuket, or just use the taxi right outside the door. The only drawback is they don't have reception during night so you need to call if you need help (you can of course unlock the door yourself), But the manager lives at the hotel so he will be there in a heartbeat if you need help. There is no doubt we will come back! <3

Thai personnel are very helpful and respectful, but the owner who is not from Thailand was very rude and disrespectful. I’ve been living in many hotels in Thailand but I’ve never been treated like this. At time for checkout when taxi was waiting for me to take me to the airport, the owner guy ordered the driver to not go anywhere until he went to the room to check that I haven’t steal anything. Very disrespectful! He should learn from Thai people

Very bad service by property owner i think he is white guy. The guy make us to pay for bedsheet stain which did not do at all i did try to explain he just can tell me i dont care just pay the money thats all. I also working in hotel as Hotel Manager but wont be rude like him. He really dont even want to listen to our side story then belief his hskp maid. This is terrible service by that guys i dont recomend anyone to go that particular hotel they may cheat you like this to get ur money be careful check ur bedsheet before sleep anything call and tell them

Séjour au Thai Siam

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé, un service de nettoyage tout les jours. Nous y avons séjourner 19 jours. Les femmes de chambre sont très respectueuse et discrète. Les propriétaires sont agréables et au petit soin. Vous pouvez y laver votre linges et ils peuvent vous le repasser. Cela est agréable comme service. L'établissement est très calme et propre. Vous avez un marché à 2 pas ou vous pouvez manger et prendre un cocktail. Et cet établissement est très intéressant par rapport qualité prix. Je vous le conseil 😉 vous ne serez pas déçu.

お部屋は広く清潔で空調もよく効き水回りも全く問題ありませんでした。唯一レインシャワーのみだったのが慣れていないので使いづらかったかな…というくらいです。受付のスタッフさんも顔を合わせる度に笑顔で挨拶をして下さりとても感じが良く気持ちよく滞在できました。また立地もナイトマーケットが近くにあり、コンビニやレストランが多数あるので不自由はなかったです。ただ中心部までは徒歩30分くらいかかるのでその辺りを起点にしたい人は不自由かと思います。気にならない方にはとてもコスパの良いお勧めできるホテルです。

The front line staff could improve on attitude. The hotel did not had any toiletries like toothbrush or toothpaste, there was no mini bar which was fine by us but not even bottled waters. There was not coffee or tea packet like normal hotels. The only thing which was good was an everyday housekeeping and change of towels. But they forgot to lock our room door after housekeeping. The pool could use some daily clean ups. It is abit further to walk from Bangla street and paying beach as well.

Ok for money considering Patong is expensive. Cleanlyness is acceptable but could be improved same as friendlyness of front staff. In a smaller street and a good 12 minute walk to th beach. Good rooftop with a small pool and a few sunchairs - never crowded.Good Wifi

Basic hotel with rooftoppool / ok for the money

At the end of Patong beach and on 3rd street so quite a 12 minute walk to the beach. Hotel in a small street thus +/- quiet but it's Patong anyway so never really quiet. Hotelrooms on 5 floors plus a little rooftoppool-looked a bit dirty for swimming but there are sunchairs so good for a sunbath.Rooms are basic but reasonably priced since Patong is expensive.Bathroom is ok - at least a cheap glass shower and not the old dirty curtains you often find. Balcony good for two chairs but no sight. Wifi always ok except for the poolarea. Aircon is ok but as almost everywhere not maintained thus+/- stinky and unhealthy. Bed was ok after I changed rooms - the first one had an disgusting smell of pee. I had to ask for towels being replaced almost every day since they are short on towels.Front staff could work on their attitude a lot but ok if you are nice to them. Haven't tried breakfast. All in all - ok for the money considering Patong is expensive. Do not use their laundry - they don't dry long enough so the clothes start to utterly stink after a while once the conditioner parfum vanished (same problem with their towels).

Helt okej hotellrum med bra plats. Servisen vid ankomsten var inte speciellt bra då vi skulle få vänta 1 h på att rummet skulle städas sen fick vi vänta ytterligare 30 min då det inte var färdigt ännu. Ligger nära det mesta med 10 min promenad till stranden. Väldigt dålig ljudisolering i en stad som är igång 24/7.

한국에 있는 어느 시골 모텔만도 못한 호텔이다. 무료 취소 기간 있는 줄 착각하고 결제했는데 취소 못해서 어쩔 수 없이 숙박했다. 화장실에선 찌린내 올라오고 에어컨도 어느 시대 에어컨인지 골동품인 줄 알았다. 단 하나 그래도 좋았던 것은 주변 야시장이 있다는 것과 직원이 그나마 친절하다는 것이다. 수영장, 이것도 수영장이냐? 더럽고 좁아서 물에 들어가기도 싫던데 다른 나라 외국인들은 좋다고 놀더라. 내가 예민한게 아니라 한국인 대부분이 이 호텔에서 숙박한다면 기겁을 할지도 모른다. 한국인을 위해 내가 이 후기를 남긴다.

Très bon acceuil, personnel sympathique et propriétaire français qui donne de bons conseils. Petit bémol, un peu bruyant la nuit mais on est prêt du centre animé ce qui est bien le soir.
