Wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff of helpful, considerate Thai people. I highly recommend this place for its price, location and proximity to everything in Patong, and quality of guest services. Will stay there again next time I am in Patong. Excellent hotel!

Given that this hotel was extremely economical ie good value for money. We enjoyed our stay alghough the bed was uncomfortable and the noise at night was pretty loud. Roof top pool a huge bonus and very friendly/helpful staff.

Close to beach Close to Bangla street Comfortable bed Good air conditioner It's a bit nosy due is in a corner Too much cars . It's not a quatied zone But you are in the center of de action Light breakfast.

You will be disappointed if you book this hotel

The basin in the bathroom was disgusing. See first 2 photos attached. I complained and they painted it while I was out. The 3rd photo shows the condition 2 days after painting. Absolutely disgusting. There are telephones in the room so you have to go down to reception wvery time something is wrong, line WIFI which wasn‘t working properly. The only guarantee you have here, is that you will be disappointed.

Checkin person was not nice! They said that if i let my travel companion come up to see my room for just even one minute, they will charge me 500 Baht each time I let someone go up. This is a ridiculous rule. I told them that my friend has a hotel room down the block and did not need to stay with me. Plus I could have added a second person to my room without additional charge when I booked online… so why are they charging me. I told them that my friend and I are not having sex and that I am not bring up someone to have sex with and he said that does not matter. Definitely not staying here again. Plus, I saw a cockroach in the room!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I found mould on the ceiling above the shower in the bathroom. The TV was not tuned, and there were no stations to watch. I found loose tiles on the floor. The walls in the bedroom were clearly dirty. There were some other issues as well, but you get the idea... Despite my complaints about these issues (and after moving two rooms), none of them were addressed. I requested a partial refund, which was not provided. I complained in writing to Agoda with no avail. I even wrote two emails to hotel management. This equates to five lines of communication over about three days (two in-person human interactions, Agoda messaging, and two emails to hotel management). There was sufficient time to fix these issues, so I would like to hear why this was not done and why at least a partial refund was not provided. Hotel management has some explaining to do. Given that the issues were not resolved and no partial refund was provided (rejected twice), I will never stay at this hotel again. I will now be pursuing a full refund.

Värt för priset......

Jag har varit här för några år sedan då var rummet mycket finare ,servisen var utmärkt. Men nu sliten rum ,mycket slarvigt färgsde väggen inne i rumet, slarvigt vid städning dvs de fyller inte grejer när du använde de. Men nära till nöje , stranden ,trevligt personal. Du får det vad du betalar.

Hotellet er meget fint, hvis man kun har behov for at sove, gå i bad og på toilet :) det jo fint i Thailand hvis man har lyst til at opleve alt muligt rundt omkring. Jeg har ikke fortrudt det :) poolen oppe på taget var langt under forventningerne, der må jeg sige at man bliver snydt på billederne
