"I stay here quite often and i have seen an unfortunate decline in the quality of staffing and the way they look after customers, this use to be one of my favourite hotels to stay at, they made you feel so welcome and were so responsive. Unfortunately I can't say that any more. Damn shame..."

"Beautifully decorated boutique hotel providing a warm, home-like experience. The staff are wonderful, catered to our every need. Do book with breakfast because the food is outstanding. Excellent Thai food that changes ever morning along with western food. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bangkok!"
