"Our room was not available as we went there from our cruise ship , we really weren’t expecting to get our room tjen , but we waited in the lobby and it was mass caos of families waiting to be transported to their ship, so it was super noisy !"

"THE RECEPTION FORGOT ABOUT US WHEN CHECKING IN EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS SIX OF US IN THE WAITING AREAS WITH SUITCASES AND BACKPACKS. THE RECEPTION THAT TOOK MY NAME FOR THE SHUTTLE WAS NOT FRIENDLY OR APPROACHABLE. THE SHUTTLE DRIVER WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMIDATING. "

"We arrived super early and the staff was great. They held our luggage and allowed us access to the pool. While by the pool we saw staff cleaning for the day and they cleaned EVERY THING. It was nice to see how much care they put into making the area nice. View was incredible for the hard rock casino across the street. Make sure to splurge for the balcony room. We were upgraded to a better room due to ours not being ready yet and it was beautiful. Staff couldnt have been any better! Bathroom and shower was amazing too! "
