"This was an amazing stay! The room “Hacienda 4” was beautifully decorated and the staff was amazing! It’s close to many things which are walkable. The staff were incredible. This place was one of the highlights of my stay. Highly recommend, great place to relax after long days exploring CDMX! "

Enriqueta was amazing and the breakfast has prepared for us was scrumptious 😋
When I’m back in CDMX I will definitely stay here again and polanquito area has everything nearby coffee shops and lots of dining options and Parque Lincoln is a very nice and safe place to walk and stroll

"Staff is friendly even if they could not speak English. The building is old. Plumbing fixtures are old. Had a hard time figuring out how to get hot water in the bathroom. Television does not work. No signal. Internet connection is poor. No AC/heating. No elevator. I arrived at 2 am, tired, and had to drag my luggage up the stairs. The so-called breakfast was a disappointment. I had to go out to get a decent breakfast."

"Perfect stay for a trip to CDMX. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt very safe staying here and it is in a very safe/peaceful area with lots of amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rooms were clean and simple. I highly recommend staying here! "
