"Really enjoyed our experience at the resort. The kids had the best time on the water obstacle course and breakfast was delicious with great healthy options. Our room was excellent with the most comfortable best we've experienced in a hotel. The friendliness and tentativeness of the staff helped elevate our experience. "It was the worst hotel stay experience? I booked with them for a 10 days. I checked out the next day. The room so dirty, bedsheet are dairy. Bathroom it is rusty no hot water not clean towels. Very bad customer service and of course they did not refund my money. Very bad Neighbourhood and dangerous."

Room,,,,,no coffee, no safe, only shampoo and toilet paper in bathroom. Has kettle , 2 cups. No spoons. Included only 2 towels. Aircon fine. Nothing else included. Not happy. Location fine, 7 11 next door. "
