"I've stayed at the Fifth a few times now. Always great service and friendly helpful staff. Location is very convenient. But the breakfast is outstanding! Lots of quality and variety in the food choices. Im fact, Im sitting in the Grab as I write this review, on the way there again for another stay at the Fifth. Best overall value for the price in my opinion."

"It was the worst hotel stay experience? I booked with them for a 10 days. I checked out the next day. The room so dirty, bedsheet are dairy. Bathroom it is rusty no hot water not clean towels. Very bad customer service and of course they did not refund my money. Very bad Neighbourhood and dangerous."

"There was problem checking in, attended all Thai, neglected me, for 2hours. Thought it included breakfast, told hotel does not serve breakfast. Room,,,,,no coffee, no safe, only shampoo and toilet paper in bathroom. Has kettle , 2 cups. No spoons. Included only 2 towels. Aircon fine. Nothing else included. Not happy. Location fine, 7 11 next door. "
