We stayed here for one night and had never stayed at La Quinta before. We loved it! The nice was nice and spacious, and the best part was there was no pet fee for our small dog. They seemed to love her as much as we did. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Very nice stay. Only hiccup was the sheets on one of the beds appeared to have not been changed since last guest.
Everything else is was fine and I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn as the place to stay in Katy.

We came back to stay at the Element because of the outstanding customer service we have received during now, our past 3 stays. My daughter is a cancer patient at MDA & Catherine is truly the main reason why we keep coming back to the Element. I wish all employees provided the quality of customer service & care that Catherine does! Catherine should be your ambassador for the Element Hotel…she’s the best!!!
