"Location was good and apartment had all our needs however the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t do much to help us. They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. They could have offered us fans or perhaps another apartment but they didn’t seem too concerned to help. So that was disappointing. "Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service. "

"The flat was in a 4th floor with no lift. No aircon or heater. We did not have toilet roll neither. The apartment had hair from the other guest in the floors and the bathroom. Communication with the team was good and the staff very friendly. "
