"The guy the works 11to7 was very unprofessional went to my room I was there by myself try to enter my room that was very scary when we confronted him he said was an Italian guy he didn’t know that my husband speaks Italian we ask the Italian guy he said no my room is down stairs not on the second floor "

"We had a mix up at the beginning with our room, and had to change to a different room half way through our stay, which was annoying. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay at Santa Cruz Boutique Hotel. Staff are helpful and pleasant, and the hotel is new and nicely decorated. Mindelo is a small city, and it's very easy to walk anywhere in the centre from the hotel."
