"Staff was friendly and facility was clean. Our large extended family was staying here together in this hotel to be close together. The bar and restaurant closes at 8pm and you can’t congregate in the lobby past 10 to socialize with your traveling mates. We were asked to go somewhere else off property to spend time together."

"Nice hotel, but it’s showing its age. Time to re-stretch the carpets, or better yet, replace with vinyl plank flooring. One thing I’ll never understand, and lots of hotels do this, is WHY make the showers/ bath so dark with heavy, dark colored shower curtains? I had to keep one side partly open just so I could find the shampoo! Just a pet peeve of mine. Otherwise, nice stay."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained for an older hotel. It had upgrades so the hotel doesn’t feel outdated. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. If you like the old time hospitality feel of the NY Plaza hotel, this is the perfect place. There were many options for breakfast and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping and fast food/restaurants."

"We had such a lovely stay here! Our room was not only really nice and comfortable, but also very clean, which is always a huge plus when you’re traveling with a little one. The breakfast was delicious, and of course, the waffles were a BIG hit! I also really loved the little snack store they have. It was such a cute and convenient touch, especially when my son decided he needed a snack. It made our stay feel a little more homey and made things so much easier when we needed a quick treat. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our time here. It’s the kind of place I’d happily stay at again with my son!"

"your staff was very polite and helpful. The drapes in my room were too short and it allowed the sun to illuminate my room and wake me too early. the towels were old and too thin like paper towels. Room was very clean. No courtesy water bottle in the room. The breakfast selections were very few, it needs to improve, like offer eggs for example. The entire facility was quite clean and orderly."
