"The stay was very nice. I called ahead to let the hotel know that I was arriving earlier than planned. They said they would do everything possible to let me check-in early. When I arrived, my room was ready before the check-in time of 3 PM. The only downfall was the coffee machine wasn't working in the breakfast hall. The coffee machine in the lobby was working, but the coffee tasted watered down. That amenity could use some improvement."

"This hotel is walking distance to downtown Route 66 at Williams. Next door to the train station that takes you to the Grand Canyon. The breakfast is very delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous. "
