The staff at the Ellsworth hotel are very friendly. Everyone greets you with a warm smile. The room is set up perfect and the bed is comfortable. I recommend this hotel highly as a safe comfortable place to stay!

This was the perfect hotel to stay in. The location couldn’t be better because it’s in walking distance to the shops and restaurants and there is supermarket right accross. Also we drove to Grand Canyon and Sedona and they were not about an hour from the hotel. Williams is a cute town and I couldn’t be happier with Thai hotel. Service was so great and Linh who was working the night shifts was friendly and so accommodating. She made our stay there extra special!

This is a newer hotel in Williams and we just loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Very clean and the room we had was large and comfortable except the sofa….it was a little hard.

This place was great really close to all that you would want to see on the cute little neon strip here in Williams. Across the way from a safe way which was so convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive, very kind and knowledgeable about the area and fun things to do. Our first evening there Lynn was great and served us some prickly pear beer they have on tap here which was delicious! At checkout Brooklyn was very sweet and sent us off with some Cool Waters we purchased in the lobby! Overall I denitely would recommend this hotel for your stay in Williams! 😍

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff member and the lobby was charming. Love the decor and amenities. The room was very clean. Walkable to downtown Williams on the historic Route 66. We would definitely stay here again!
