"Good location in Williams. Quiet rooms. Just 2 blocks away from the train station to Grand Canyon. Some of the staff were very friendly, while others were not the best. But our stay was good overall. Thank you."

"The hotel property was clean and neat. Our room was comfortable but needed some updating. The carpet had a huge stain on it and the bathroom sink took a while to drain after use. We tried the restaurant "Ms. Kitty's" for breakfast one morning and we weren't impressed. The coffee was horrible and only one waitress working."

"Best part of the stay was the fact that the AMTRAK bus stops there. It’s not mentioned as an AMTRAK stop on the AMTRAK website."
