Perfect stay for us to enjoy the Grand Canyon. It’s a quick 25 minute drive to the visitors center. The place is cozy and clean. The road to the location is a bit bumpy and rough.

Great experience at this little cabins, took my mom to the Grand Canyon for her 87th birthday and we stayed here, place was very clean and my mom loved it here. Thank you.
Loved the tiny home ! Check in was a breeze - Room was spotless , the bed was like sleeping on a cloud !! Microwave with kureig coffeemaker , and mini fridge was perfect for morning coffee and snack. The WiFi for tv was spotty / but I didn't come here to watch TV- but to enjoy the beauty of the Grand Canyon ! I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend the Grand Canyon Tiny Homes !!
Perfect spot for us!!! Room had exactly what we needed and it was super easy getting to the Grand Canyon from here! Check out the stars at night, it’s amazing!!

Disliked: Amenities
Kitchen sink water pressure WAY too weak with NO hot water. Blow dryer didn’t work, poor internet (weak signal) majority of the time. Other than that, convenient location very close to Grand Canyon and everywhere else.
We loved this tiny home! It was conveniently located and super clean and cute! It gave a cute cabin feel. The only “downside” we had was that the neighbors in the tiny home connected to ours were quite loud into the night and woke us up at 6 am. Other than that, a great stay! Would recommend!
Secluded property, quiet area - great for star-gazing! Our cabin slept 6 (2 king size beds + 2 twin in the loft). Our family enjoyed having access to 2 bathrooms and our own sleeping spaces. Cabin was clean and welcoming. We would have liked a table and/or chair inside the cabin. Would have liked instructions for the heater, we had to search for the remote and google how to set. Would have preferred fitted sheets and some kind of mattress pad. Slight annoyance that the shower door in one bathroom was off the rails and did not slide easily (my husband was able to put one side back on the rail, but the other side was misaligned and would not move). Nice that the property is secluded, but keep in mind that means traveling for meals (20 min from Tusayan, 1hr from Flagstaff)
Extremely disappointing stay. The room was not the tiny home/studio I booked and had serious cleanliness and safety concerns, including dirty towels, pet hair/debris, apparent blood, and an unsafe shower door. Check-in communication was also poor. This ruined my birthday getaway, and I did not feel comfortable staying another night.
Home is legitimately in a trailer park in the middle of no where. Sitting on the deck of the property, there were 2 double wide mobile homes as the scenery. I found multiple hairs in the sheets that didn't belong to me. There were no fitted sheet on the bottom mattress or mattress cover so the whole night the mattress would become exposed if you moved around too much. The pictures show the whole tiny home but its a little unclear that you are only renting half of the tiny home based on the description. I know its a tiny home and will be small but there was no room to sit other than on the bed and almost no where to access suitcases. All pictures for tiny homes in this facility are the same sets of pictures so it is unclear at booking exactly what your unit is. There was a big TV on the wall and the unit was fairly new I could tell. Bathroom was adequate and there was a coffee maker and cups to make coffee, so that was good.
We loved that the location was in the middle of nowhere yet also close enough to the Grand Canyon. There was an issue with the shower door, the toilet, the microwave door handle and the bathroom sink clogging, but they sent maintenance the next day who fixed some of the issues. There were flies and bugs inside the home, but they didn’t really bother us. You get a spectacular view of the Milky Way galaxy right outside the home. I would stay here again.
House was very clean and excellently maintained. Property was easy and straightforward to find and everything worked perfectly. Definitely would stay again if I’m in town!
Perfect spot to stay a few nights if you're visiting the Grand Canyon.
Very clean (like brand new).
Great water pressure for the showers.
Great A/C.
Comfortable beds.
Easy instructions for check in and check out
We would definitely stay here again.
*Note: 1 mile dirt/rocky road to get to property, but it is easy to navigate (no hills just flat).
Great location, friendly staff, great communication, nice quiet spot, wonderful Tiny Home that was great for our family. We loved the stay and the proximitly to Grand Canyon was perfect. Highly reccomend!
Some good and some could be better.
Logistics: I had solo room in house shared with 4 rooms, all separate/external entrances. Unit had a bathroom w/ shower, sink outside of bathroom, mini fridge, coffee machine, bed w/ two bedside tables. Standard smaller tv.
The good:
- AC worked well
- Bed was comfy
- General lodging and layout of the place was nice
- Check in and check out was fairly easy (they requested me to wash dishes w/o any provided dishwashing soap, which I felt a bit much, I didn’t end making coffee so I had nothing to wash)
- it was in a nice and quiet isolated location. I could slightly hear neighbors in the same fourplex, but not enough to bother me
The bad/could be improved:
- Floor wasn’t vacuumed well enough; there were a couple brambles on the floor that I stepped on that were presumably left by the previous guest
- Communication from the property managers was very copy/paste corporatey
- I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine (though that’s probably a me problem)
- Gravel road up to the properties is terrible and very bumpy, though out of their control as it is a public road
- An extra small table to put extra stuff would be nice
Clean room, good and quick response from the property management, convenient location, good value for the price. We had an excellent experience and enjoyed our stay.
