"UPON CHECKIN THE CLERK ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE US AN EXRA $32 FOR USING A CREDIT CARD. AT NO TIME DURING BOOKING WAS THERE ANY MENTION OF A CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE. THE BREAKFAST WAS EASILY ONE OF THE WORSE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT A HOTEL. ALL OF THE COOKED FOODS WERE PROCESSED RUBBER. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN."

"Stayed here with our extended family lots of our little grandkids and had such a great time. The staff were so nice and we loved the pool and spaces to hang out with the kids!"

"My wife has limited mobility. They had us on the second floor, no ELEVATOR, no electric chair and 25 steps up and down to the 2nd floor. Staff was only available from 3:30 PM to 11 Am. The morning breakfast was poor at best. You need a SUV to get to there parking via the alley, which was mostly dirt. Booked 2 nights, only stayed one night and was denied a refund at check in. For any elderly persons, stay at your own risk. This hotel should be removed from your website in my opinion."

"Old dilapidated, dirty, there was hair in the bed. The shower didn’t work, the coat rack, soap dispensers and bathroom racks were falling off of the walls. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We will never stay there again"

"This hotel said they had cable and when we checked in after a long day of traveling and sight seeing the tv was not working so I talked to the front desk and she said they only have 4 stations and only one comes in and it is a murder mystery channel, we had our 9 year old grandson with us so we shut down the tv. We didn’t want to spend the remaining day/ evening on our phones but this was our only choice. There was no telephone which I found odd because if there was an emergency we would have to run downstairs to the office. We had breakfast and that was good and the staff were really nice. I just felt for the $$$ we paid the accommodations would have been up to date. There was also no internet at this time because they were waiting on a new box so suggested we run off our internet on our phones to watch movies or play games. The staff were nice but that didn’t help us have a comfortable stay. The coffee maker was an off brand kurig type and that was definitely not working. We put in the suggested amount of water and it over flowed and second time we put in less and it filled the cups to the very top and the coffee definitely wasn’t good and believe me I’m not a coffee snob but it had no real flavor. Wish I could give a better review but reviews are all about honesty in hoping the staff will make important adjustments for future guests. Unfortunately I will not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here in the future. "
