My sister & I loved the cool vibe of the place! It's easy to walk to the old town shops, the breakfast was good, the beds comfortable and it was all-around great!
The staff were very helpful and friendly we were comfortable with our room and felt safe in our surroundings. What a great town and a great train ride by to the Grand Canyon.

within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, close to the train station
Breakfast was simple, not a lot of choices but it was well served. For my stay it had fruits, waffles, bread, cereal and yogurt. Coffee was good. It was cute property, clean and with great staff.
Wonderful town, one way main road which makes it tourist friendly. Bearazonia is terrific. Easy trip to Grand Canyon. We took our 9 year old grandson, our daughter. Awesome trip

Staff friendly. Clean room with comfortable bed. Enjoyed Williams.
I love this little quaint town. The hotel was just ideal.
The beds were nicely made and comfotable. The little retro fridge and microwave were adorable.
The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice.
The town itself had interesting shops. We especially enjoyed a store that sold jewelry made by local artists. The train to the canyons being right there added to the charm (even though we did not take the train ride).
All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay again.

Nice checkin. Hot water in shower is regulated. Your choice to take a luke warm, at best, shower. Could be hotter ones earlier in the morning but definitely not later in the morning. Small town, older motels can have this issue. Williams is pretty much just a long strip so hotel is conveniently located just away from the busier downtown area.
The room was excellent
Little trouble with the TV in the remote, the staff was willing to help
Free breakfast was a nice perk
Would’ve loved to have had a boiled egg with it
Had a very nice day in a very quaint town
We liked our stay here. The property was clean and there was no disfunction which was important for traveling in winter. The location is also strategic for tourist who wants to explore Grand Canyon, and the vibe of the historic area is special. A minor downside is that the breakfast option is too limited. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time here.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely equipped and ready for us. The continental breakfast was a great way to start our day off hiking and touring! We highly recommend this small town hotel.
