It was outdated and the room seemed old and not very clean. The bedding on the kids bed was old and looked dirty and the pull out bed was nearly broken. The fun club for the kids had old broken toys. "

"We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the years and had very good experiences but this time was horrible. There were bus loads of young teens staying at the hotel and they were totally out of control banging on everyone’s door, running up and down the hallways and screaming…this is no exaggeration! There were adults with them but they didn’t seem to care. I asked them to please tell,them to stop screaming and banging but they just ignored me. Then our phone was ringing through out the night so we had to unplug it. In the morning we couldn’t get near the breakfast area so we just left. Worse experience I have ever had at a hotel."
