Abundant outdoor living space is created by a wide beachfront deck wrapping around a spacious, comfortably furnished, screened living area. A boardwalk with built-in sundeck and benches leads to the wide, seemingly endless stretch of soft sandy beach.

Glass French doors open into an interior steeped in Lowcountry ambiance. The single-level floor plan flanks the central common areas with two bedrooms and two full baths on each side creating privacy suites.

A small public boat landing nearby makes it easy to launch kayaks and Jon boats to explore the tidal canal and saltmarsh creek.

BEACH GEAR: Receive a limited credit toward beach gear rentals by VayKLife! Make your vacation FUN and EASY by having your favorite beach equipment delivered to your rental home. Reservation must be 7 to 21 nights between Apr 1 and Oct 31. 

ONE LEVEL: (4 bedrooms) 1 KING, 2 DOUBLES, 2 SINGLES, 2 BUNK SETS (4 singles), kitchen, dining area, living area opens out to large screened porch and sundeck.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-4, DVD-2, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, grill, private boardwalk to beach with rinsing shower, direct access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach. 

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer and fall. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.  

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
