Oceanfront on a budget! Ground floor duplex with split floor plan provides basic accommodations with great oceanfront location. Spacious full-length screened porch and sundeck offer peek-a-boo ocean views over low sand dunes. Enjoy indoor/outdoor dining, outdoor patio with firepit and grill, and fully equipped kitchen. Private beach boardwalk, shared with the top floor duplex (Tide Together - High), has rinsing shower and additional sundeck with built-in benches closer to the beach.

Combined, Tide Together - High and Tide Together - Low can sleep 18 people – ideal for families who want to vacation together but in separate private quarters!

SINGLE (ground) LEVEL: (4 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 2 SINGLES, 2 full baths (tub showers), kitchen, laundry room off back porch, living room w/TV, screened porch with eye-level ocean view over low sand dunes.

AMENITIES: Cable TV-1 (1 smart TV), DVD-1, stereo, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, 2 tubs, washer/dryer, screened porch, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, private beach boardwalk with oceanfront sundeck, beach gear credit.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.

DISCLOSURE: Two outdoor cameras - one faces the ocean, the other faces the parking lot.
