After a long trip accross the country, they were so kind and helpful and got us into our room quickly and with much needed humor and kindness. It was also really quick, cheap and easy to lyft around to the various areas of Providence. Highly recommend."

"Check in and stay was really great. Check in was quick and easy and room was very nice and comfortable!! Only mishap was on the second night of the stay the AC quit working . But a quick call to the front desk and a maintenance worker showed up at our room door. Within in minutes he rectified the situation and problem was solved"
