Soak up the all-day sun and moor at your private jetty berth and enjoy your own private beach in this modern, newly furnished townhouse. This stunning waterfront home is only a few minutes walk from town and situated in a quiet corner of the Paynesville canals.

The Beach features 3 bedrooms (sleeping a maximum of 6 people) and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect getaway for a romantic couple or for a family to enjoy together.

Spend your time indoors or outdoors its up to you. The downstairs living room opens onto an expansive deck, which attracts sun all day long but protects from prevailing winds. Modern, comfortable furnishings and a well equipped kitchen make it easy to spend time indoors. The private jetty berth is secure and offers four-point mooring to protect against the elements.

Whether boating, holidaying or just getting away, youll find it hard to leave when youve got the beach at your door.

Wonderful getaway with private beach

We loved this property - spacious and airy with it's own private beach. I actually had a holiday with kids as I could sit on the deck and relax whilst watching the children play on the beach. The tennis courts located at the back of the property were a bonus and we had a lot of fun playing there. We had a lovely time at this property and found ourselves choosing to eat in and enjoy the house and it's facilities rather than going out

Good size property

Lovely house and view, check in process was easy. Very disappointed especially with teens that there was no wifi (yes there was good 5G but this doesn’t help if you have minimal data). Lack of a smart tv made viewing difficult. Wouldn’t book again as value for money wasn’t there.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was quite hard to find the entrance in the dark but figured out remote gate and then eventually managed to find the right unit. Clean and well equipped-not much insulation but heaters provided- use of double garage was appreciated. BBQ gas was empty from the get go which was a bit annoying. We had our own holiday rental in the past and always supplied a spare gas bottle to avoid this hassle. For boaties -the allocated berth on the end was a bit of a squeeze.

Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great spot and is within an easy working distance of the shops and restaurants, Raymond Island Ferry, the waterfront etc. The place was comfortable, quite and relaxing. With a fully equiped kitchen it was easy to self cater which allowed us to save quite a bit of money on going out which made a pleasant change to a lot of other places we have stayed. It gets our thumbs up!!
