"The room was spacious and nice. Beds were very comfortable. The view was wonderful. We were impressed with it all and had a great stay."

"The rooms in this hotel are tiny, even when you reserve a room with a private bathroom. There is no desk to work, and the bed is up against the wall so if it's two people, one has to climb in from the other side. I was in the mezzanine level and that meant I heard all the noise from the lobby below, and I couldn't keep my window blind open because people could see me in the building next to me. When I told the manager that the bathroom and reading light were not working he was first dismissive and then argumentative."
