"You might see the low price on the hotel and assume that it must be a crappy place. You would be wrong. It is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit sparse, but it is a solid stay with ownership that seems to care about the place. I particularly appreciated the fact my room was nice and dark as it looked over a field instead of the usual bright parking lot lights. I guess the only reason it is cheap is because it is in a small town."

"When we entered the resident, there was half full trash can. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. All the appliances were streaked from attempted cleaning. The backyard was a mess. Kids couldn't play back there. All toys look like they were never cleaned."
