"I made a reservation while in route to Macon for a medical emergency. When I arrived at the site, the date had been entered incorrectly, It was for the following week. The agent at the desk needed me to get the reservation information so that she could change the date to get me a room, I looked it up and returned to the desk, she had left and the young man at the desk told me there was nothing that could be done but he would charge me for another room. The new room would have been more than the original that I reserved. I found another site close with a better rate and better customer care. I travel quite a bit, but I will not be staying at a Wyndham again."
