"The breakfast needs to be better"

"I had wonderful stay. The only negative was the breakfast. It wasn’t very appetizing."

"The reason I gave 10s the Reception area are friendly and extremely helpful. Our room is clean. We extended our stay for another 10 days. Thank you."

"We have stayed here many times. While it is aging and in need of updating, it is exceptionally maintained and always meticulously clean. The location is great with many restaurants nearby and easy access to I95 or downtown Perry. It's also pet friendly (with a reasonable fee). There is a microwave and small refrigerator in your room. AC is cold and the shower is hot. Breakfast is the weak point - but you get what you pay for and I'm not staying there for the food. There's an IHOP and a...

"Rooms were large and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location right off the highway"

"The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stopped here on our way back to Florida after a nine-day vacation, and it was a perfect final stop; in fact, they served the best breakfast of any hotel we visited during our entire trip."

"Distance from University I may stay again"

"Really great service from management. When I woke up to a flat tire, management did everything in their power to help me out. Would definitely stay here again."

"I originally had booked a studio king room which included a kitchenette and a sofa bed. When I arrived at the property at 4pm I was told that my room was re4ady. When I arrived at the room it was a standard king room. I immediately went to the front desk were I was told that my room was sold out " given to someone else" even though I had already payed for my stay. I was told that no manager was available until Monday. On Saturday I went back to the front desk and was told that this happens all...

"Happy I booked online ahead of time. I would prefer a room not facing I75. Bed was great."

"We were given a 1st floor room on the side. It was very nice to enter directly from the outside into our room. The key cards worked fine. We heard several train horns during the night but all the hotels in the area heead them. I don't think the heating/cooling system was very accurate. I had the heat set to come on at 68 degrees (October 24th) but I think it was closer to 75 degrees in there. But I like it about 73 degrees so it was okay. We didn't use the shower but it was a standard tub with a...

"Very clean with comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Good value."
