"The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room. Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. The ceiling and damaged area in the room closet is also still wide open with no repair work done. I went down to the front desk and was immediately moved without further issue. The young lady was very happy to help and I felt she acted with the needed urgency."
