"This is a great close property to Breckenridge we had a great time there. So many things are within walking distance and even had a visit from 2 Moose outside our balcony. Great Stay will come back here 100% !!!!"

"We stayed for 3 nights at the end of the season. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the ski in/out as the snow was gone so it made things a little less efficient however, the gondola was two minutes away. The house was great with a bedroom and bath for each couple and a large, open kitchen and living area."

"Skied in on Snowflake lift, skied out (although had to walk a bit because some of the snow had melted in April). The apartment is small, but our teenage kids slept on the floor. (pull out sofa not super comfortable for sleeping, and we slept on the very soft, comfortable bed. There is no table, so we used the very nice lobby to play cards. The mini kitchen was great - we prepared all of our meals there. The spa is great with a giant outdoor hot tub, and indoor hot tub, a steam room and a sauna! There are hikes starting right outside the building. This was perfect for us and pretty affordable. I would go back!"

"Nice condo for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. Close to the snowflake lift (5-min walk up 4 O’clock Rd), close to several bus stops, and a 5-minute walk from downtown. Our only complaint is there were approximately 17 thermostats in the unit, and none of the seemed to control anything. We’d definitely stay here again."

"Perfect for my husband and our two kids (21 and 17). Very short walk to the snowflake lift and a quick walk to the town of Breck. True ski in/out. "
